Why do schools need repairs now?

Many school buildings and systems are aging and need essential upgrades to stay safe and functional. These are foundational, not cosmetic, improvements—focused on student and staff safety, access, and long-term cost efficiency.
What will the bond pay for?

The bond will fund critical repairs, safety upgrades, modern technology, and career-readiness programs across all 16 schools in the district. That includes:
Fixing or replacing aging roofs, wiring, plumbing, and siding
